Nnamdi Kanu's special counsel, Aloy Ejimakor has urged the Department of State Services, (DSS), to offer explanation in why Kanu Agabi, SAN, the lead lawyer to the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, was allegedly blocked from accessing him.
Ejimakor made the claim in a post on his X handle on Monday.
He alleged that Agabi had attempted to visit Kanu at the DSS facility in Abuja but was prevented from gaining access to him.
"The @OfficialDSSNG needs to explain to Nigerians why it blocked Chief Kanu Agabi, SAN from meeting with his Client MAZI NNAMDI KANU.
"They did this a few minutes ago & the high Chief has left the DSS facility, very upset. This is a flagrant interference with fair trial. #Injustice," Ejimakor wrote.
