Gunmen attack on Mushere community, Bokkos local government area of Plateau State, has claimed at least seven lives.
This was according to a local, who disclosed that the attack occurred on Tuesday night while they were still mourning the victims of previous attacks.
“It was a fallout of Monday’s attack/kidnap attempt which led to the death of a pastor, and another attack on a Fulani settlement," he said.
He further explained that after the attack, the people of the area wanted to go and bury the victims when the assailants returned.
The source expressed delight that when contacted, security operatives immediately mobilized to the scene.
The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the Plateau State Command, Alfred Alabo, said he was yet to get the details of the attack.
