An Immigration officer, Prince Orji Ugochukwu, who arrested the fleeing suspected ritualist from Enugu State, Ezeani, AKA Ichie Billion, E dey play E dey show, has received a letter of commendation from his secondary school alumni.
It has been reported that upon his arrest at the Seme border, Ezeani allegedly offered the officer the sum of N10 million, as well as expensive mobile phones.
Ezeani, a native doctor and suspected ritualist, allegedly buried several victims alive in a soakaway in his compound in Umumba, Ezeagu Local Government Area, Enugu State.
Upon a raid conducted in his house, he fled and was on the verge of escaping from the country when he was arrested.

According to the Immigration officer, "he decided to offer me 10 million naria (bIood money) to let him go.
"I refused to collect his blood money, he said that he never committed those crimes, that people set him up, because it was his turn to become the igwe of their community.
"I refuse to let him go, he further added his iPhone 13 promax and Tecno camon 19, he said that his iPhone 13 promax worth a million naria and that I should please let him know go, but I refused his offer and forced him back to my checkpoint at Gbaji Seme road."
In a letter of commendation signed by the Alumni Association of Holy Family Secondary School, Osusu, Isiala Ngwa North Local Government Area of Abia State, they praised the officer's bravery.
The letter was signed by Agbara Reginald, President and Isaac Chidiebere (Prince) Secretary.
According to the Alumni, "We were elated to receive the news of your courageous and morally upright action in apprehending the alleged ritualist in Ezeagu, Enugu State. Your bravery and integrity are a true reflection of the values instilled in us by our beloved alma mater.
