Natasha: Police take over FCT High Court ahead arraignment

Police operatives have taken over strategic locations at the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, ahead of the expected arraignment of Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan.

The case bothers on alleged defamation of Senate President Godswill Akpabio and former Kogi governor, Yahaya Bello.

It was filed by Attorney General of the Federation, Lateef Fagbemi, SAN.

The police personnel are numbering over 200, armed with various weapons.

Natasha arrived the court at about 10:30 am.

Prior to her arrival, her sympathizers led by former Minister of Education, Dr Oby Ezekwesili and other human rights activists were already in the court.
