A fully-loaded commercial bus has been hijacked at Eke, along the Otukpo-Otukpa road in Okpokwu Local Government Area of Benue State.
A source hinted that the incident occurred at about 6:30 pm.
The bus belongs to Benue Links Transport Company.
NATIONAL POST learnt that the hoodlums robbed all the passengers before commandeering them into the bush.
As of the time of filing this report, a combined team of security operatives are said to be combing the area in search of the victims.
Reports say they were alerted by Comrade Austin Agada, Benue APC chairman, who was passing by shortly after the incident.
The Benue State Police Command confirmed the incident.
