The Labour Party has again lost another member of the House of Representatives to the All Progressives Congress, APC.
The newest entrant to the ruling party in the centre is Hon Paul Nnamchi representing Enugu East/Isi-Uzo Federal Constituency.
Nnamchi, who announced his defection on the floor of the House on Tuesday, cited internal leadership as the reason for leaving the Labour Party.
According to him, the crisis has continued to disrupt the party’s structure and activities.
Weeks ago, the member representing Udi/Ezeagu federal constituency in the House, Barr. Sunday Cyriacus Umeha also joined the APC.
He equally blamed the LP leadership crisis.
The Labour Party has so far lost several of its State and National Assembly members to either the PDP or the APC.
