President Bola Tinubu has returned to Nigeria after his two-nation trip abroad.
NATIONAL POST recalls that the Nigerian leader was in Saint Lucia, as well as Brazil for the BRICS summit.
However, days after the summit, there was no information about his whereabouts, leading to questions from Nigerians.
Presidential media aide, Mr Bayo Onanuga hinted on Saturday that the President would return to the country.
Early Sunday morning, Onanuga confirmed that Tinubu had returned to the country.

He wrote on X: “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has returned to Abuja Saturday night from his trips to Saint Lucia and Brazil.
“He was welcomed at the Presidential wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport, Abuja by the Minister for Budget and Economic Planning Alh Abubakar Atiku, Alh ibrahim Masari Senator Aliyu Wamakko, Minister for Defence, Muhammed Bello Matawalle and NSA Nuhu Ribadu.”
