Tragedy was averted Sunday morning as a passenger aircraft belonging to Air Peace veered off runway while landing.
The plane flew in from Lagos to Port Harcourt, but at the point of landing, it missed the runway.
It ended up at the grassy area close to the runway.
A total of 120 passengers were aboard the aircraft.
Passengers could be seen disembarking with shock and happiness.
