The burial of former president, Muhammadu Buhari earlier scheduled today, Monday, has been postponed.
NATIONAL POST learnt that the interment will now hold on Tuesday, July 15.
Katsina State Governor, Dikko Umar Radda made the announcement while addressing journalists on Monday.
He said, “We have made consultation with his family and people around him in London, we have concluded that the body will arrive tomorrow by 12pm.”
According to him, Buhari will be laid to rest at 2pm.
It could be recalled that President Bola Tinubu sent his vice, Kashim Shettima to London, from where he is expected to accompany Buhari’s remains back to Nigeria.
