President Bola Tinubu has conferred national honours on the Super Falcons following their victory at WAFCON.
He announced the conferment of Officer of the Order of the Niger on victorious players when he received them at the presidential villa on Monday.
Each of the players will also receive a 3-bedroom flat at the Renewed Hope Estate.
He also announced the award of the naira equivalent of $100,000 to each to the 24 players and $50,000 to the technical team.
In a remark at the event, Rasheedat Ajibade, Super Falcons Captain said the victory was for Tinubu and all Nigerians.
"This 10th (WAFCON) title is for you, Mr. President; it is for Nigerians; it is for the Super Falcons and every young child who believes and dreams to be on this stage someday," she said.
