A former Jigawa State governor, Sule Lamido, has described the All Progressives Congress, APC, as a cancer at stage 4 level.
Lamido, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, then said the cancer called APC must have to be rooted out by Nigerians.
He said the APC was the problem of the country and not President Bola Tinubu.
While appearing on Arise News, Lamido described the 10 years in office of the APC as symbolic to failure and likened the party to a deadly disease that needed urgent removal.
“We must remove this cancer called APC, which we can call malaria, cancer level 4.
“APC is our problem. We must remove that corruption, which has become a cancer in Nigeria. And it has to be excised out,” he added.
"It’s the same thing.
“If Tinubu is Buhari, they’re all APC. Never vote for them because it’s a failure of the party and party leaders of Nigeria.
"It’s not about Tinubu. It’s about APC,” he added.
