Former Vice presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Senator Datti Baba-Ahmed, on Friday rubbished the opposition coalition in Nigeria.
The coalition is rallying on the platform of the African Democratic Congress, ADC.
It is being championed by former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, Rotimi Amaechi Nasir El-Rufai, and Mr Peter Obi.
Baba-Ahmed specifically stated that the ADC's coalition is deceiving Nigerians.
The former lawmaker stated this on Friday while fielding questions on Channels TV's Politics Today programme.
"They are deceiving us. Yes, I'm a Labour Party for God's sake. I still want Peter Obi to come back in Labor Party and contest for 2027 election.
"There are more fundamental issues I want to talk about, even this Buhari's case that I talked about you led me into discussing, I don't want to. There are more important things," Datti said while responding to question on his thoughts about the ADC.
