EEDC schedules 3-day customer complaints resolution meeting

The management of Enugu Electricity Distribution Company, Plc, (EEDC) has invited her esteemed customers in Anambra State to a 3-Day Customer Complaints Resolution Meeting.

The meeting is being organized by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC).

According to Mr Emeka Ezeh, Group Head, Corporate Communications, EEDC, “this is in line with the mandate of the Commission to create awareness on the rights and obligations of customers, as well as on-the-spot resolution of their complaints.”

He announced that the event is scheduled to hold from Thursday 4th to Saturday 6th September 2025 at Hilton Leisure Resorts and Hotels Limited, No. 41 Regina Caeli Road, off Enugu-Onitsha Expressway, Awka, Anambra State, between 10 am and 4 pm.

“EEDC is calling on her esteemed customers in Anambra State under Abagana, Awka, Ekwulobia, Nnewi, Obosi, Ogbaru, Ogidi, and Onitsha districts, to attend and be a part of this meeting,” Ezeh stated.
